Italy and Area Covers, 99 covers, postal stationery and cards from stampless period to post WWII era. Many VF and scarce covers including. Offices and Colonies (China, Eritrea, Rhodes, Ethiopia, Patmos), many military usages, plus difficult to find and unlisted private postal stationery. Also four early flights, two from 1926 (Palermo-Genova) & (Venice-Vienna, 311 flown, signed Bolofi) and two 1930 flights (Rhodes-Brinidisi, only 45 flown) & (Rome-Brindisi, franked on First Day with Scott #239-41), generally F-VF. Very interesting group with plenty of appeal for the postmark and postal history collector.
