FRANCE COLLECTION, Nearly complete collection, 1849-1990, in three Scott Specialty albums. Highlights include mint #197 signed Diena, 226 NH with marginal flaws, 241 used with tiny thin in margin, 246 signed Diena, etc. The Semi-postals are virtually complete except for B10 and the Airmails including C14 used and C15 mint. The Back-of-the-Book issues are also fairly strong including some better Offices Abroad. Condition is typical with the 19th century issues being very mixed quality and the later issues being F-VF with some nice NH surprises. A very worthwhile lot.
