FRENCH COLONIES COLLECTION, Primarily pre-independence issues in three Scott Specialty albums, not too much in the way of complete sets but plenty of useful sets and singles in the $10 and up range, we even noted a mint Togo #43 NH (!). An excellent starter collection with just about everything being F-VF.
