GERMANY & STATES, Nice representative collection in three Scott Specialty albums, a Kabe album and a stockbook. Nothing really valuable, though we did notice a MNH set of black BERLIN overprints (unsigned and not figured). The States issues are better than average, the 19th century century is typical mixed quality, later there is some nice Nazi period material but very little of value in post-war. Finally, the stockbook contains a nice assortment of 19th century Locals. Overall, a useful lot.
