ITALY, STATES & COLONIES, Comprehensive collection in two Scott Specialty albums, the States issues are better than average, though there's nothing exceptional; the Italy, which goes to 1982 and is mainly used to the mid-'50s, and mostly mint thereafter (NH from the mid-'60s), includes some useful post-war mint sets; the Colonies are fairly strong with many nice mint sets, especially in Libya. Nice starter collection.
