The value is concentrated in higher value singles and sets including (mint, unless otherwise noted) #10 used, 11-12 used (MEPSI certs.), 18a, 86 (MEPSI cert.), 256, 284 used (MEPSI cert.), 527 used, 537-38 inverted red overprints (MEPSI certs.), C208-17, O75-85, etc. Some small faults, but overall F-VF. Interesting lot!
