SPAIN & COLONIES, Comprehensive starter collection to 1983 in two Scott Specialty albums, lots of moderately priced sets and singles with the best things we noticed being #345-370 used. Condition is mixed in the 19th century, which includes some reference material, but generally F-VF later; the Colonies are mainly modern issues with not much to hang your hat on, but all-in-all a worthwhile lot.
