1847, 10¢ black (2), large to enormous margins, tied by blue grid, matching "Troy N.Y. 10 cts. 30 Jul" c.d.s., and straight-line "Paid" h.s., on 1849 folded letter to Lansing, Mi., the stamp has been illegally reused following the removal of a pen cancel, Very Fine, a choice postal fraud usage.
