Postal Card, 1978, 15¢ on 16¢ "U.S.A.", inverted at lower left surcharge error (U568 var.), mint entire, size 12, future U.P.S.S. #3621 b-47, very fresh and Very Fine, a newly discovered and previously unknown (for this surcharge issue) type of error from the original find of six, accompanied by photocopy of 2003 letter from Jerry Summers (ed. of upcoming U.P.S.S. catalog).
