Cuba, 1899, 1¢-10¢ small die proofs on India (227P2-231P2, E3P2), the last has a couple typical tiny removal thins, others with portions of the gray card backing, beautiful colors. Very Fine. Quite rare as only 85 sets were originally prepared for the Roosevelt presentation albums.
