Philippines, Postal Stationery, 1906, 2¢ carmine recut on oriental buff (U27), two mint entires, size 7, U.P.S.S. #42, type 102 and 42a, type 121, fresh papers, the last has a few minor wrinkles which are truly insignificant, given the great rarity as only four are reported known. F.-V.F. and way undercatalogued.
