(M-H 242.03), Feb 8 [1862], U.S. 12¢ black (69) applied at San Francisco and tied by S.F. cogwheel and c.d.s., Feb 28; Hawaiian stamps both with four margins (13¢ almost touching at right), U.S. stamp with slightly rounded corner; a fresh, Very Fine and very rare cover.
