5¢ Taylor (185), single used with #184 and two copies of 10¢ brown (188), tied together by cork cancels on undated cover to Uruguay showing a 1¢ overpayment of the 27¢ British mail rate, mostly clear "Bethlehem Pa. Nov. 5" double circle, manuscript "via Southampton"; cover with minor soiling, 10¢ stamps with small faults, otherwise Fine, very scarce usage. A pencil "Dec. 22, 1880" is written on the flap- if this is accurate, then the writer overpaid by 23¢ as the U.P.U. rate came into effect in July of that year.
