Omaha City N.T./ July 7, manuscript postmark on white envelope to Rowe, Mass. franked with 1c blue type IV (9) horizontal strip of three, large margins except in at top center and barely touching at left, cancelled by pen strokes and additional small manuscript marks; cover without flap and minor soiling, strip with small scissors cut at TL (between stamps) and small corner crease at BR, Fine, scarce territorial usage of the 1¢ 1851.
