Aug. 12, partly clear c.d.s. ties 3¢ rose red (11), ample to huge margins including. parts of two adjoining stamps, just touched bottom right corner, on buff envelope to Eugene, O.T., pencil "1858" (which may be incorrect- the stamp is from a 1853-54 printing), Fine, very scarce intra-territory usage.
