Peter Pitchlynn in Washington with 3¢ dull red (26) cancelled by matching manuscript "60" year date; couple of small opening tears at top, fresh and Fine, rare. Established on Nov. 19, 1850, it was discontinued in 1866, reopened on Jan. 1, 1867 and discontinued for the last time on Aug. 27, 1869. Choctaw.
