Departmental Envelopes, nine different, all from 1870's-80's, franked examples incl. Executive Dept. with #210 (to Col. James Bell) and #158 from Pawkhuska with "Office of Indian Affairs/ Osage Agency" (legal size), also three different Executive Dept. envelopes (one legal size) each with familiar image of Sequoyah with alphabet, latter out-of-mails, Fine-Very Fine, scarce group, strong collateral for the Official collector.
