[Cherokee Nation], two legal size covers with Official corner cards, both used from Tahleauah, first a 1¢ green (207) featuring the C.N. Executive Department seal to John Adair, Chmn. Cherokee Delegation in Washington; second from the C.N. Treasury Dept. to Charles Thompson (former Chief) in Southwest City, Mo., Aug 19, 1886, marked returned to sender; both with faults but attractive and scarce.
