1918, 3¢ purple Offset, type IV, double impression (530a), full bottom left sheet of 100 with two plate no. 9000 blocks. Off-centered throughout, some sensible hinge reinforcement which affects about ten stamps leaving the balance never hinged, still an attractive and most rare multiple which clearly shows the error, particularly on the left side.
