Germany - French Zone - Baden, 1949 Red Cross semi-postals (5NB1-4, 8NB1-4), and. The two sets complete on a legal size registered cover to Dallas, Texas, postmarked "(23) Bremen 1, 12.12.49", 3 months after they were no longer valid, backstamped Washington, D.C. and Dallas; light creasing at right end of cover affects Baden 20pf & Württemberg 30pf, otherwise F-VF and most unusual.
