Russia, 1868, 20k blue & orange, horizontally laid paper (24), folded wrapper, two singles (cert calls it horiz. pair) tied by Narva 25 May 1871 c.d.s., addressed to England with St. Petersburg transit and red boxed "P.D." handstamp, backstamped with Narva departure c.d.s. and Manchester arrival postmark, couple light file folds. Fine and attractive.
