Postal Card, 1971, 6¢ Hospitals, blue & yellow omitted (UX60 var), mint double error card as commemorative issues were never sold in sheets, U.P.S.S. #S79 var, this spectacularly miscut card is without the vertical inscription line at center (which is the only place black color was intended), the other dark areas are actually an overlay of blue and red small top right corner creases not readily apparent on face and of no major significance Very Fine unique newly discovered error.
