1883 Requisition Book for Newspaper Stamps, beautiful clean softbound form book from Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania containing six Post Office Dept. Form 3203 "Requisition for Newspaper and Periodical Postage Stamps", filled out and signed by postmaster George A. Rehr between 1893 and 1897 Very Fine despite its age, the book and the forms are remarkably fresh and attractive. A wonderful exhibit item.
