1869, 15¢ brown & blue, type II, center inverted (119b), well centered, perfectly struck quartered cork cancel a light crease, couple small thins, tiny sealed tear, certificate mentions "two grills, one faked" (we see no evidence of a second grill) appears Very Fine with the cancel being particularly striking.

Of the 86 recorded examples of the 15¢ invert, this is one of only six that are well centered (according to a Trepel census). Scott's value is for a Fine centered example with minimal faults.
