Treasury Dept., 1873, 3¢ brown (O74), used with 6¢ rose (159), tied by "New Orleans, La., 20 Jul" fancy circle of Vs duplex cancels on folded wrapper from Vera Cruz, Mexico to New York, N.Y., Vera Cruz and New Orleans merchant's handstamps on reverse; 6¢ trivial corner crease, slight cosmetic refolding and small edge tear at top, still a Very Fine and striking cover and a very rare usage.
