Treasury Dept., 1873, 10¢ 2¢ and 3¢ (O77 [2], O73-74), pair of 10¢ plus single 2¢ and 3¢ tied by segmented cork cancels, "Washington, D.C., Mar 7" (1879) c.d.s., on legal size Secretary of the Treasury penalty envelope to London, England, red "London-EC, 18 Mr 79, Paid" receiver at left; minor edge flaws, small abrasion in address area, 3¢ and one 10¢ slightly faulty; otherwise fresh and Very Fine, 5-times the 5¢ per 15 grams U.P.U. rate.
