Treasury Dept., 1879, 6¢ brown (O110), along with two 1¢ blue (182), a 2¢ vermilion (183) and a 3¢ green (184), each cancelled by four red pen strokes with matching "Galena Mo., 2-8-1881" manuscript postmark and "Set No 28/PO No 28" registration number on lemon cover to Washington, D.C., magenta "Feb 12, Wash'n, D.C., 1881" oval receiver on reverse; 3¢ perf damage and 6¢ Navy missing corner that was affixed above the top of the envelope, otherwise Very Fine and most unusual, single 3¢ domestic rate plus 10¢ for registration.
