United States 5¢ 1847 covers, seven covers and a large fragment, the latter tied by pen "X" with Pottstown, Pa. c.d.s. and handstamp "R"; the covers include two with sheet margins (one is pen cancelled with an "Alby. & Buffalo R.R." c.d.s. alongside), a 4-margin copy tied by Troy, N.Y. c.d.s. and a single with a pen cancel and tied by magenta Hartford, Ct. c.d.s. with matching pointing hand "PAID"; all but the Troy, N.Y. have two or three margins, otherwise generally F-VF.
