France, mint and used collection to 1998 in two Scott Specialty albums, 19th century is used and mixed quality, 20th is mostly used to about 1940 and mainly mint (hinged) and quite complete from there on; also included are a set of deluxe proofs of the 1947 U.P.U. issue (Scott #581-84); a nice starter collection.
