Worldwide, 18 Minkus volumes containing what is essentially a 20th century collection with 95% of the value being in 1959-1992 mint sets from a wide range of countries-- in fact, almost every country in Latin America, Western Europe and Independent Asia is represented by 90% complete issues from those years - Africa is weak and there is little British, though the best countries are Hong Kong and Singapore. There are plenty of good stamps throughout and even an occasional better set prior to 1959. Condition is all F-VF, l.h., while the souvenir sheets are actually mainly Never Hinged! A terrific lot for a worldwide collector who wants never hinged stamps at a non-premium price.
