U.S. 1855, 10¢ green, type III (15), ample to large margins, grid cancel, not tied, on cover from Kentville, Nova Scotia to South Hadley, Mass., originally rated unpaid with large black "10" but this was deleted at the exchange office and red "Paid/ 10/ Cents" handstamp struck, reverse with Kentville, Annapolis and St. John postmarks, Very Fine and rare. Estimate 1,500 - 2,000
