U.S. 1861, 90¢ blue (72), single, used in combination with 2¢ red brown, grilled (135) horizontal strip of three, each with matching cork cancel, 90¢ just tied at R., matching Plattsburgh N.Y. c.d.s. on large size court house cover paying a 16 times rate to Montreal, 1873 docketing, Notary Public seals on reverse; cover reduced at sides with expert repair at lower right including small part of address, 90¢ with diagonal crease and strip with creasing from placement at top, Fine usage.
