U.S. 1869, 10¢ yellow (116), tied by very bold quartered cork, matching "Chicago Ill. Jan. 24" c.d.s. on small white envelope to Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, 1870 receiving c.d.s. on reverse, Very Fine. The rate had dropped to 6¢ in Nov. 1868.
