1888, 5¢ indigo (216), tied by Boston ovals, along with a pair of 2¢ green (213) on an oversized (11½ x 7¾) advertising cover for White's Celebrated Elementary Methods for teaching musical instruments, addressed to Stowe, Vt.; minor edge wear, as one would expect on a cover of this size, a Very Fine and spectacular advertising cover. 9¢ was for an 18 oz. booklet at 1¢ per 2 oz.
