Jan 5 '90" duplex on cover to Port La Plata, South America (Argentina), addressed to "Barque Carrier Dove of St. Johns N.B." care of British Consul, redirected to St. Johns, New Brunswick, and eventually RTS, at least 11 different backstamps include Buenos Aires, La Plata, etc.; small cover tear, most unusual.
