Nov. 26 `86" duplex on double rate cover to Montevideo, Uruguay, manuscript via Royal Mail Steamer from Southampton, England at top, readdressed to Maldonado; accompanying this is a 2nd cover to Brazil, also double rate with stamps in vert. format, readdressed back to Washington with numerous transits including. 3 different Rio de Janeiro postmarks, same correspondence, latter cover with minor flaws, still a Very Fine exhibit pair.
