1882, 5¢ yellow brown (205), single used with 10¢ brown (209) on registered 1886 cover to Diekirch, Luxembourg from Decorah, Iowa, stamps tied by c.d.s. and quartered cork cancel struck twice, six-line corner card for monuments, fossil granite and Italian marble, New York registry label and red London transit, reverse with Luxembourg entry and receiving postmarks; stamps with tiny perf flaws from placement near edge, still an exceptional usage, Fine and rare.
