America Flight, May 6-14 (Sieger 409), cover from Warren, Ohio via Zeppelin to Friedrichshafen, then to Manila, Philippines via Singapore and back to Warren, Ohio; original franking U.S. 25¢ Clipper (C20) pair and 15¢ Map (C9) on front, then Philippines 1p on 4p (368) and 50c Commonwealth (401) on reverse; numerous transit cancels including Lakehurst/Frankfurt Zeppelin cachet and 9 backstamps; cover made from a 1829 way bill for a stagecoach carrying five passengers from Warren to Freeport, Ohio, a little soiled as would be expected considering the age of the original usage.
