1847, 10¢ black (2), pos. 86R, ample to large margins, tied by red square grid on white folded letter to Toronto, Canada West, New York Jan. 18 c.d.s., manuscript "Via Lewiston NY" in lower corner, red Queenston exchange postmark and manuscript 4½ due boldly written at left of stamp, light Toronto backstamp, lettersheet with small wax seal stain (from another cover), still Very Fine, attractive usage.
