1863, 2¢ black (73), Fine single tied by target and double circle "Flushing, N.Y. Apr 9, 64" c.d.s. on all-over illustrated advertising cover from the American Agriculturist, addressed to Mt. Joy, Pa., design includes a boxed element for placing the stamp; cover with small mended edge tear above the stamp not noted on the certificate, still fresh and Extremely Fine, one of the most visually appealing all-over advertising covers of the period.
