1931, 2¢ Pulaski (690), lot of thirteen including nine different designs #690-19d, 19e, 19f, 19f, 19g (Chicago and Toledo), 19h, 19i, 19j (Buffalo and Pittsburgh), 19k and 19l with a total of nine different cancels, all with some oxidation, as often with this very brown paper, otherwise Fine-Very Fine and a very difficult group to assemble.
