British Europe, Nice starter collection in two Minkus specialty albums to 1988. The first volume is G.B. and Channel Is., while the second holds Cyprus, Gibraltar, Ionian Is., Ireland and Malta. Nothing rare but plenty of $25-&-up singles and sets; 19th century is mixed, 20th is generally F-VF. Fairly solid mint from the 1960s onward and N.H. 1970s on.
