British Oceania, Solid collection of mint and used stamps to 1988 in a 2-volume Minkus specialty album. Decent 19th century Australian States and New Zealand nothing rare, condition somewhat mixed. The 20th century is much better and, while still missing the key values, there are plenty of $50- &- up items such as used New Zealand #B3-4 and Victoria #230, and virtually everything is F-VF with N.H. beginning in the mid-70s. An outstanding starter collection.
