France 1876-1989, Deceptively valuable, mainly mint collection on blank pages in two 3-ring binders; a quick flip of the pages shows this to be a collection of modern issues, incl. blocks of four of 1954-70 issues (no better issues), but scattered throughout we found items such as a used 1923 Havre Expo (246), two N.H. PEXIP sheets, B20-41 mint, B274a, C14-14 used and much more. Other than a few early Peace & Commerce types (incl. an unused 2¢ green type I, #65), virtually everything is Fine-Very Fine. A great lot.
