German Area collection, Surprising used collection of a few thousand different stamps in a large stockbook. At first glance the collection appears rather ordinary, but closer inspection reveals numerous $25 and up sets and singles as well as virtually complete issues from the mid-1950s to 1990 for both the Federal Republic and G.D.R., the latter mainly postally used; also incl. Danzig, Saar, French Zone, Soviet Zone, a few States, etc. A nice clean lot.
