Germany - Soviet Occupation Zone, Specialized collection of over 1,000 stamps including more than 700 different 1948 Postal District handstamped overprints, a large percentage of which are signed, but by an "expert" unfamiliar to us. Inspection, therefore, is strongly recommended; a potentially very valuable lot but sold "as is". The owner's cost was over $4,000.
