Japan collection to 1965, Comprehensive collection in a Scott Specialty album, regular issues are mostly used (earlier are doubtful) and commemoratives are mainly mint, souvenir sheets are just about complete for the period, the 1916 10s Ceremonial Cap (154) is here both mint (part o.g.) and used. Condition is a little mixed with slight problems noted, particularly on the souvenir sheets, but is generally Fine-Very Fine; a desirable lot.
