Panama 1909, 1c and 2c green & black (197bP, 198aP/CZ 38b, 39c), plate proofs of frames and vignettes separately, frames in deep green, vignettes in black, 2¢ vignette proof with "Cancellation Impression" handstamp in margin. Horizontal crease through 2¢ frame proof. Very Fine. From the 1933 proof printing, only one sheet of 24 panes was produced.
