Canal Zone 1912, 2c vermilion & black, missing overprint (39b), horizontal strip of ten, left stamp without overprint, right sheet margin showing part of "CANAL" in selvage. Mostly dry o.g. Some hinge reinforcing (not affecting error pair). Very Fine. Only ten pairs were issued. CZSG 39a.II.
