Philippines Postage Due, 1901, 3¢ deep claret (J6), bottom margin imprint and plate number 254 block of eight with full selvage. Incredibly well centered and wonderfully fresh. O.g., never hinged (bottom stamps with the vaguest interleaving disturbance). A choice Extremely Fine plate block.
